International Conference on Drone-Based Intelligent Systems

The conference aims to provide a professional forum for stakeholders of the domestic and international drone ecosystem to present research results, development directions, and application experiences. The event focuses on examining the scientific and industrial context of drone technology and related IT, data processing, and security solutions. The conference promotes professional dialogue between higher education, research, and industry participants, while also supporting the structured expansion of domain knowledge.

The FDFV2026 conference will be held as part of the Dennis Gabor Digital Horizons Week, providing a forum for presenting research results and application experiences in the field of drone technology. Participation and presentations are possible both in person and online. The plenary presentations and the presentations in the English-language section of the conference will be streamed online. We welcome applications from speakers, exhibitors, and professional attendees!

Speaker and exhibitor applications are accepted by the organizers with a modified deadline until 30 April 2026. Participant registration for in-person attendance is subject to available capacity, while online participation remains continuously available.

The conference offers the opportunity to present the following works to a broad professional audience:

Online registration is required. After that, an abstract must be submitted according to the prescribed formatting requirements by April 20, 2026. All necessary information can be found in the Speaker Information section. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent by April 27 at the latest.

Yes, there is an opportunity to publish in the Gábor Dénes University's scientific journal Digital Horizons. After the conference week, all speakers will receive the necessary information.

Officially accepted abstracts will be published in an abstract booklet. The abstract booklet also functions as the conference program.

Yes, speaker certificates are provided upon request.
